Time: Line-up begins at 7:30am. Parade starts at 9:00am.  Parade is estimated to last one hour and will conclude at 10:00am at Hemisfair.

Parade Entry Options

Nonprofit Application: Select this option during registration if you are a nonprofit organization, civic organization, or public school. Application Fee: $35 plus any additional entry fees and Insurance coverage consistent with entry type
Commercial Application: Select this option during registration if you are a business that has 100 or more employees.​Application Fee: $350 ​plus any additional entry fees and Insurance coverage consistent with entry type
Small Business Application: Select this option during registration if you are a business that has less than 100 employees. ​Application Fee: $150 ​plus any additional entry fees and Insurance coverage consistent with entry type

ABILITYSTRONG PARADE APPLICATION DEADLINE:
Applications will be accepted for abilitySTRONG Parade entries through 5pm on Wednesday, September 7th. Applications received after this date will not be considered. All entries are required to have a representative in attendance at the Mandatory Parade Meeting on Thursday, September 15th at TBD. ​

Equestrian Unit with Riders / $140 Insurance Premium Required or COI / $100 additional Equestrian fee
